I've been so good lately and eating so many healthy and boring things. Michael has been helping and we don't eat carbs for dinner. But today my cravings said "F@%# the Wedding Diet!!!
" and for lunch, I ate a huge, melt-in-your-mouth, sweet cinnamon roll with hazelnut-coffee icing. I savored every precious bite. It was so good. But probably had enough calories to require my starvation for a week
. Why is healthy food so boring??

I remember balloon-ing when I was 16 (I stopped playing hockey for my school and thus all the muscles turned into fats. Yucks!!) Went on a diet: 5 very, very small meals (such as vegetable soup/2 pieces of tamago sushi/a slice of fruit etc...) and you know my secret? I always eat chocolate in the morning. Somehow, that kept me full and happy for the day
Lost 6 kgs in 3 months!

Thank you for the hints! I heard that lots of small snacks during the day is a good diet. I've been trying to do something like that...oh but during the weekends it's difficult to be good. Funny, I like eating chocolate in the morning too! Been eating waay too much chocolate lately though, with Japanese 'White Day' this month, and 'Valentines Day' last month... Ah well, as the Japanese are so fond of saying ~ "Gambarre!" (I'll Stick with it/Keep trying hard!)
